A good read highlighting issues around large-scale commercial #Forestry. Hyperbolic language is unhelpful though. Describing preparating land for #Tree planting as '...stripping...' is patently nonsense ..this kind of devastation doesn't happen until #Clearfell (& TBF, not always)
The '...natural grassland...' is mostly deforested, degraded landscape.
Surprised no mention of CofE or ScotGov investment.
