Have you already tried updating Vivaldi when routing through different locations? If it works with some locations and not others, could you share the one(s) it fails with?

@Vivaldi@social.vivaldi.net Fails with all Australia servers I tried in recent memory. Just tried again tonight, confirmed for Australia servers 306, 314, and 366. Downloads a couple MBs, stops, tries again, stops, tries again, errors out and tells me my internet is the issue (even when I'm happily updating all other software, and Vivaldi works too only once I turn off Proton VPN).
