@amapanda@en.osm.town the problem is really that #OpenStreetMap doesn't provide a means of annotating specific element versions. Instead the version ratchets up. It's just about possible in the existing schema if one added another table with a composite key of element,version and unique annotation id. Annotations could still be key=value pairs, but would not be editable and would not be visible when version number is bumped. Probably messes with the basic data model too much though
