@hilljam@mastodon.social Yes, but as Twitter's devs learned, a timeline can only show so much at one time. At some point, it has to be pruned or the experience is overwhelming. But I always felt that doing it robotically was wrong and would backfire. Users should be able to pick and choose their filters, or even rotate them around to suit their tastes and interests in the moment.
