@Ultramundane@sfba.social These loaves are textbook examples of ignoring the visual and physical cues the starter/dough provide, and pushing forward, anyway. Techniques and processes are time-proven, and exist for a reason! Choose to skip or ignore some of them, and you get what you get, lol. These are not my best work. Taste good? Yes.
