@vnikolov@ieji.de I guess its opinions clash too much with common lisp conventions (/obviously/ optional arguements go at the /front/ rather than at the /back/!).
I dunno if you remember, but a while ago we stumbled upon this weird bug where two different cl-series gensyms were prin1ing the same. When I searched for it, I found rtoy's old-github repo, and emailed him asking about it. I actually got a mail back yesterday explaining he has not been the series person for quite a few years by now. But!1/2

@screwtape@mastodon.sdf.org If I recall correctly, the Committee wasn't sure Series was mature enough at the time, but don't take my word for it. And no, I hadn't heard about that bug. #CommonLisp
