@ryanhg@tech.lgbt I get that it's a background process to check for available app updates, but it only seems to happen once a week. Why not poll the App Store servers nightly?

@ibwatson@mstdn.party Sure would be nice if they had the infrastructure for background push notifications to initiate the process in the background when charging overnight or something. Such a shame.
