I have this thing right now and I'm having to preface it with "Yes it could be stress. But, its unusual for me and debilitating so could it also be something else?"

@Llamacalamity@fandom.ink That's a great phrasing! I've gotten used to asking, "If I didn't have an established anxiety disorder in my record, and if you assumed that anxiety were playing no role in this issue, what tests would you ask for??
