@sarajw@front-end.social It's heartbreaking because it leaves you wondering how many people die throughout the year because of dumb doctors and a broken system?

@alexandra@social.lol yep. I think a lot of it is overworked doctors too. Not having enough time to think carefully about a patient. Sometimes all they can do is skim notes and make snap decisions. @hollie@social.coop
