@alexandra@social.lol I reckon it's a mess systemically (inherent sexism, racism) and also because of some older doctors not keeping up to date on stuff. Also they see so so so many people they often lean too hard on the most common likelihood - but yes it suuuuuucks. @hollie@social.coop
