I've been regularly hiring for about 25 years. New trend I'm seeing is that certain applicants are completely rewriting their whole CV tailored to the job profile to make them sound like a great fit. That's a lot of work, so I expect they are getting LLMs to do it: "hey here's a job profile, change my CV to fit". The result is rather deceitful. When I check the linkedin profile, the job title and descriptions look like 2 completely different roles, and the claimed experience is not mentioned.
