We’re going to fix the inconsistencies right away, and then we need to track down the bug to make sure that it doesn’t happen to new works. 1/4

We noticed this issue recently. We’re not sure the exact bug, but it’s likely due to the somewhat complicated process of deducing OA status and license for works. 2/4
