aand i get the option to pay in either EUR or USD. im in the UK. which one should I choose?

aaaand what distro should i choose? i'm vaguely familiar with ubuntu cuz my partner runs it, and i guess debian by extension, but otherwise i don't really know what the differences between these options are. my options are: - ubuntu - fedora - debian - centOS - rocky linux - AlmaLinux - openSUSE
