@UrbanEdm@yeg.bike the idea I heard on the Strategists is they know it will be crushed in court, and then they'll use that to attack the courts and judges and demand constitution changes

@Kellyshenanigans@yeg.bike It may well be their plan, but I would think that anyone who looks at the US and does not want that - and I think there are many reliably conservative voters that can be included in that category - would see this as the opposite: this is WHY we need the courts.
