Videotron cable: 1Gbps/50Mbps. Bell Canada: 3Gbps/3Gbps, ~ same price. 23 years with Videotron (left Bell after bad experience), thought it worth trying Bell for a month. Our address changed to a nonexistent address on the checkout page. Online support: ‘that’s bad, I’ll place the order for you’. Ask to see the contract and final order before I agree, they say no, assuring me: It is correct. I declined
Last message from support is a doozy! We are staying with Videotron

@outofcontrol@phpc.social Oof, that sucks. Had no problems on Bell to this point, but I couldn't go back to cable at this point, the low latency of being on fibre for over 15 years now is something I couldn't give up.
