@nova@hachyderm.wtf shell script and javascript lose because of arbitrary code execution. YAML loses because of significant whitespace. JSON loses because comments aren't allowed (although some parsers diverge from the spec on this). The winner on technicality is YAML because an on-spec YAML parser lets you do JSON with comments.
