@siracusa I once had someone create a PayPal.co.uk account with the same email I use for PayPal.com. I called (!) PayPal and asked them to un-bind my email from the UK account and the number of times I had to call back and re-associate my email with the .com one is > 1, which is too many. I now have a registered .co.uk PayPal account that I don’t want because it was easier to keep it and confirm it than to get it removed from my email. I also get password resets for it every couple months.
