@SamUpstate@hachyderm.io In the late 2000s, I had joined the citizen's patrol (I had been recently burglarized), and participated in their bicycle course. To qualify, you had to have the police inspect your bicycle and safety equipment, and demonstrate basic proficiency operationg a bicycle. During the course, the police told us not to ride our bicycles along certain stroads unless we had a death wish. 6/6
