In weird ways it feels like early FOSS days, before Linux became the default operating system everywhere but the desktop, and likewise before a large chunk of us became management.
Guess we'll all have to go back to fucking shit up ourselves, in all our little ways, just for the sheer joy of it.
Could be fun.

@randomgeek@masto.hackers.town I do have this feeling also - thar we're at the end of FLOSS as home of scrappy idealism, and we're looking at the open field where we start the next liberating-tech movement. It'll have to encompass much of what was good about FLOSS but it'll have to be clearly distinct and much, much better on the social justice side.
