Thanks to enshittification™, everything at my bank has to go through an app.
My loan officer doesn't answer my messages about my loan. I've discovered I can force my way into her calendar through the Appointment feature of the app so she has to call me.

The banker who was dragging her feet was somehow unavailable for the appointment, so I had a coworker who finished my case. The funny thing is her name is very close to a famous barbarian. Now I can't help imagining her as a Barbarian Banker.
