McLaughlin says cycling is basically free for the individual but requires infrastructure spend by government. Talks again about linking it up to public transport to get people out of their cars.

Simpson wants to know what the question means. Says most of us can walk to active travel is accessible. Neil from Glasgow Eco trust says it's about quality of infrastructure - cargo bikes, adaptive bikes, support for users, safety.
