Simpson wants to know what the question means. Says most of us can walk to active travel is accessible. Neil from Glasgow Eco trust says it's about quality of infrastructure - cargo bikes, adaptive bikes, support for users, safety.

Simpson talks about chicanes etc blocking larger bikes, and the condition of bike lanes and pavements is important. Says councils need people like Holly Bruce championing active travel 😂
