Bruce says a lot of money is being spent on active travel because of the Greens, and that Glasgow has a plan, but Glasgow is being forced to scale back because of Transport Scotland's single-year funding model.

McLaughlin says cycling is basically free for the individual but requires infrastructure spend by government. Talks again about linking it up to public transport to get people out of their cars.
