Says he went on a tour of cycle facilities with sustrans staff and they didn't feel safe to cycle between them, he had to walk

GoBike question: how will you resource councils to deliver projects? Clark talks about Transport Scotland funds and the existence of the block grant to councils. Dalton asks about ring-fencing and Clark seems more confident on that and supports it.
