GoBike question: how will you resource councils to deliver projects?
Clark talks about Transport Scotland funds and the existence of the block grant to councils. Dalton asks about ring-fencing and Clark seems more confident on that and supports it.

Oh the SNP have a pothole fund too now but it's £350m over 5 years not the entire active travel budget like the Labour one.
