@ChrisMayLA6@zirk.us perhaps the answer is to swiftly pass an amendment that any claim for unfair dismissal automatically rules in favour of the employee, if case takes >6/12 to reach tribunal, with full restitution and two years salary as compensation. Watch business lobby government PDQ to fund justice properly.....if taxes on companies with turnover of more than £5 m have to rise to fund it then so be it. *Edited to set time to hear case, to increase pressure on govt.
