<p>Not a lot to say about myself. Worked as GP in valleys, then public health something to do with data of health events. Ignored mainly, you're advised to do the same. Whilst sitting waiting for temporary traffic lights, whilst Welsh Water do some pipeline work, or more accurately contractors do on their behalf, my mind wandered to how we can incentivise shareholders and holding companies to invest in infrastructure both clean and dirty. I wondered if renationisation at capital value, currently in many cases closed to zero or negative as in Thames, perhaps replace fines with 100% tax on both bonuses, dividends etc for the company &amp; holding co&#39;s...

Having a warming coffee whilst walking my avatar, in the Fabulous Fablas Ice cream parlour in Windsor Gardens, Penarth; wondering if anyone wants ice-cream on such a miserable day. The answer is yes, two arrive after me and leave with double cones! Who am I to question the wisdom of others? The ice cream is delicious, I must admit .... But I will resist........?
