Now for the reason that most people think it's cursed: - Boil a kettle of water - Mayo goes into a larger bowl - Pour just shy of 2 cups of mashed potato flakes into the bowl and mix. Doesn't have to be great, just trying to get the mayo dispersed - Add water until you like the consistency - Mix more season salt in to taste (I did 1/2 tsp) - Chop 3 boiled eggs and mix into salad - Cut remaining 3 into quarters or eighths and arrange on top however you like
