@mike@social.chinwag.org @ghost_shit@aus.social If it looks like a stock image or generative I don’t order from that place. I only order from places I have some clue what their actual food looks like.
I already know what the generic item looks like. I want to see -their- version.
Worst is burger & pizza places that use stock images. Can tell so much from looking at their food if it’s what you want or not. Stock may as well be no image at all.

If they give so little a fuck about their first impression, how little a fuck must they give about their actual product? How many corners must they be happy to cut for it, and what kind of slop are they OK serving up if it gets them a buck? Absolute no.

@bastardsheep@aus.social @ghost_shit@aus.social I know this place, I've been ordering from them for years, so yeah it's not really a factor because I know what they're sending. Makes the disconnect here astonishingly obvious to me.
