OK, here's what I've got now. I will probably add some little "teeth" along the back-inner ridge on the chalicerae. Do I add some along the palp-coax too (for the rudimentary maxillae)?

Maybe something like this? I know the "teeth" and the little bumps are larger than "real life", but if I make them too small they won't be visible on the 3d printed version, and I feel like this is something worth being able to show.
