Is anyone in #YEG interested in attending The Kitchen: Aloo Baingan (Potato and Eggplant Curry) with Chef Madan Lal at the Milner Library, Tuesday, February 24?? When I saw another veg curry class, I registered immediately, without confirming that it conflicts with my regular teaching time. If interested, let me know, and you can just sign in as me. Even when a dish is familiar to me, I love taking these classes because I always learn something new. As well, there are usually a LOT of leftovers that you are welcome to bring home.
