@attoparsec@clacks.link what on earth. first, short-lived theory: shed is leased out to a bunch of tenants that each have a right to, and motivation to have, their own camera, but then...why would you do that? second theory: someone's having fun and has a bunch of discarded cameras. that would explain some cables hanging loose/missing and a couple of cameras that look like they're pointed straight at the roof.

@attoparsec@clacks.link is this the Philippines? The only place I've seen that kind of camera setup is China, but the sky is too clear and blue for it to be China, and I know China has basically been taking over the Phillipines, so that's my only guess.

@attoparsec@clacks.link This has to be an intimidation tactic of some sort... why would they need SO MANY CAMERAS from one vantage point when a very high tech one (or two) will do the job... this looks like overkill because it is overkill.
