LegalEagle has a video explaining how Musk’s defamation suit against Media Matters isn’t a defamation suit and probably won’t win because it admits that MM’s report was truthful. But that’s only in the real world. To rightwingers like #Musk, defamation is when you say truthful things that make them look bad.
