My job had several of us do Fortinet training with an instructor from Fortinet in-person. There was a Teams meeting for recording it as well. All of us were guys except for this woman who organized it who was only present on Teams to record. On the fourth day, the instructor made a joke about using the little girls room and said “well maybe I identify as one, who knows anymore” When he came back he apologized if he offended anyone for his joke before. That’s when everyone realized that the woman hadn’t joined the Teams meeting that day so it wasn’t being recorded
