@tezoatlipoca@mas.to @neil@mastodon.neilzone.co.uk while what you say it's true I think would be great having a proper (and verifiable) confirmation as a customer that actors consented and are of legal age + a mechanism to revoke. I think we have the means to do it (think of digital signing consents or age verification), but legislators lack the necessary understanding of technological means. Which just results in bad laws.
