Finding a moss covered glacial erratic is always special. But finding wild columbine growing on the TOP of it is, well… 🤗 #Moss #Wildflowers #BloomScrolling

    @danmccullough@ecoevo.social I always get excited when one lonely columbine shows up in amongst other flowers ..to wonder if wind or birds dropped a seed there and it always out towers all others and is so pretty and hope it will return ...

    @danmccullough@ecoevo.social I'm in Stockholm. Around here, the terrain type we call "forest" is usually 50/50 trees and moss-covered glacial erratics.
