@drwho@masto.hackers.town Not yet, sorry. We're currently two founders, and our immediate financial goal is to establish enough happy customers that the two of us can work full-time on Magnificent. Once we've achieved that we'll be looking to expand to serve more customers, and at that point we'll be wanting to either hire or reconfigure as a workers' co-op. It's hard to say how soon that will be, but I'm currently picking it'll be sometime next year. Mastodon is our preferred social network, so I'd expect to announce it from @magnificent@social.magnificent.nz if we're looking for applicants. I should warn though that there are some local candidates we're already in touch with who we'd likely talk to first.
