@failedLyndonLaRouchite@mas.to the root problem here is having unrealistic expectations of labor. those lead to a decrease in quality, which is a problem LLMs or not.
we have a responsibility to work with intention and deliberate mind to the impact of our work, whether using an LLM or not, and our managers must give us the slack we need to do that. unfortunately, many places rush things so much we can't do truly ethical development.

@nicole@tietz.social @failedLyndonLaRouchite@mas.to If a workplace rushes you to do something, you should say, "You have a choice - get it done quickly, and it won't work, or get it done right first time." When you put it like that, most managers realise, and if they don't, you record the fact for when it all collapses and their boss wants to know why.
