Congratulations!
Unfortunately, people *expect* old people to wear a mask (which I do.) At least, it has not made me more noticed.
It does seem to convince people I am also hard of hearing. Or, because *my* voice is somewhat muffled, they feel compelled to raise *their* voice.

@Amgine@mamot.fr @oldladyplays@wargamers.social raising their voice seems like a better choice than the guy who was also masked and took his own down because he was struggling to hear me. But yeah, I'm hard to hear under the best of circumstances. The mask definitely keeps me from talking more than absolutely necessary to most strangers.
