@x0@dragonscave.space Is that in NVDA's settings and per app? I use that setting for something else. Is there also a way to get it to read messages aloud like there is for ChatGPT? The voice I chose will work well... but if I can't use it other than for voice mode (which I can't use because privacy), what's the point? LOL

@silveraura7@universeodon.com I have no idea, that's something to ask it about while web searching to look at its own docs. As for the dynamic content changes setting yes that's an NVDA setting (NVDA+5), although it is a profile-specific setting. Needed for terminals and live regions, but less so for certain websites where live regions become a bother.
