@lyokanthrope@blahaj.zone Identity or full? Full federation is a mess and overcomplicates everything. Identity federation is all you need to make the UX feel like a centralized system without actually being centralized.

@lyokanthrope@blahaj.zone @lina@vt.social im a lil sus if it wasnt there from the beginning, i feel it can too easily be used as a carrot on a stick. Federation can be an issue if they don't start with it in mind.
