Any person with a minumul level of intelligence knows the purpose of sharing such photos. Misnarration of history only benefits those who are going to misuse people ignorance. We better to help with increasing awareness.

@ahangarha@mas.to This is why I said I get what you were saying, but in the end this coercion still exists and it didn't or not as much before 1979. It is certainly egregious that this comment comes from a Westerner given the heavy interference the West has run in Iran during the 20th century, but without saying anything about Iranian women who don't dress Western-style, it is unfortunate that the ones that may want to cannot safely do so inside Iran's borders.
