@FontsInUse@typo.social @nicksherman@typo.social I visited the maze again, and this time brought my tape measure to discover that the largest cap height is indeed 40 meters, the same size as the Brexit protest lettering (https://fontsinuse.com/uses/28942/the-will-of-the-people-has-changed-andnbsp-le).
