Figured it out.
Something changed so bitmap fonts don't work anymore. A custom CSS that changes the Vivaldi font to Helvetica Neue instead of Helvetica fixed the problem.

@Vivaldi@social.vivaldi.net Not even that. Apparently it was specifically the OTB version, converted with fonttosfnt, as soon as I removed that and went back to the PCF version, I didn't need Helvetica Neue.
