@MikeyU@gardenstate.social Do you boil or fry them? Our German relatives made something that I think was Spätzle that ended up fried w/potatoes, probably in lard. Little firm doughy things.

@jerzone@techhub.social Some people cut pieces into the water while others use the SpätzleSwõb. They're initially boiled. Leftovers ( if there are any) are fried/sauteed the next day. So thankful my wife continued the culinary tradition from her Bavarian mother. I'll never be thin!
