I remember when Boyan Slat gave his TED talk, many laughed at him. Me included. What is this kid saying? Who does this kid think he is? Now look at how far he's come. And he lets his employees get the spotlight too! He doesn't need to be the talking face all the time. Never doubt the kids with dreams and the gumption to chase them.
