Was up in Scotland this weekend doing the loch Ness cycling event. Great fun, long journeys in the car north. Did everything I wanted with the event, mainly keeping up with the reopening of the roads and pedalled up the hill in one go. Could definitely have done more preparation - Strava was reporting I was about 2/3 as fast as I was before I did the LeJog. Journey back was equally nice, detoured via the hill again and found it just as high and wild as when we first visited.
