@broadwaybabyto@zeroes.ca This round did more damage than a pistol bullet is seems, acting rather like a shotgun slug. Must have been very close range. Most rounds of this type specify a minimum range within which they are not to be used due to excessive energy and exactly this behavior.
If this round was intentionally fired from too close, this is awful close to crossing the live fire threshold, a red line if their ever was one,

@LukefromDC@kolektiva.social @broadwaybabyto@zeroes.ca I just found out that the amount of grains (gun powder) in those "non-lethal" rubber bullets can be increased to give them more velocity and thus greater distance to shoot from and cause physical injury and/or death. I'm just totally disgusted by this admin and law enforcement in general.
