Marching a group of costume-play wanna-be bullies through a park of children at play. This could be the story line from an episode of South Park. You can’t make this junior-high-school-hormones stuff up. The irony of this is that it occurred at MacArthur Park, named for one of the greatest generals of WW II. Save your respect for the genuine soldiers, marines, sailors and airmen who are trained members of a lethal military whose purpose is to protect the citizens of this country.
