@thefaj I thought about this a lot. I just don't see what value Apple is providing to justify 30% of the creator's revenue. If you sign up on mobile Safari Apple doesn't get anything. I also suspect that no one finds the Patreon app in the app store and signing up to support a creator without first knowing about the creator and Patreon, so Apple isn't providing any value there either.
